The hotel was in very nice location. You can have a taste of shopping after dinner in evening time when you also need to have a walk after your dinner because there were many local shops around the hotel that was close to the hotel and you don't need to go by car and is kind of entertainment in a time that weather is not too hot.

And most importantly- friendly and responsive staff. We didn’t expect to find an Italian style villa in this area of the Turkish coast, so it was a pleasant surprise. We had some late requests (change of dates, birthday flowers and cake) and they all were met with attention and desire to deliver the best service. Highly recommend this hotel.

The staff does not allow phones inside the women only area and the surrounding buildings are unable to see anything. The buffet was really good, with a large variety of healthy and also less healthy options so everybody can choose whatever they like. The staff is really friendly and tries to be of best help if you need anything. The hotel is especially child- and family friendly in my experience.

The beach is connected to the property, nicely maintained and has a really nice pier. There are plenty of quite spacious pools and the Adult only pool was really nice to have. The best thing were the hotel staff who are always smiling and ready to help. I would especially like to mention Atila in the restaurant and Hamza in the pool bar. Truly amazing guys who made our vacation even better.

Be that Ali the general manager who sought us out to welcome us to the hotel to Munirae our cleaner on the 5th floor who couldn’t be more lovely and helpful. the food selection is also very good and the beach… just wow!
