Could not have been more charming, a real Mountain retreat. Ever changing views of Alpine peaks and an amazing valley spread out from our room with a balcony. The chalet charm was pleasant and yet the rooms were modern and well appointed. Daniele was the perfect host and took exceptional care of us. We luckily chose to have dinners each evening, and we were very happy with the choice with great locally sourced cuisine and wines after exploring the Val d'Aosta by day.
Only 2625 feet from the closer cross-country ski slope, La Maison D'Antan offers mountain-style rooms with parquet floors and free Wi-Fi.

The owner was incredible in every way, really. Friendly, helpful even though we had fun struggling with our language difference. The property is wonderful with gorgeous views.

Loved everything about this place. Room clean and modern. Good size. Great for a stopover on route back to UK.
Restaurant was a lovely setting with Mountain Views, the food and choice amazing all arrived efficiently and hot. Well stocked bar too.
We have flown to Milano and then by car to Aosta. We did our groceries on our way, but it's much more logical to do it in Aosta. Especially the local cheese shops on the way to the mountains are tremendous. They have some deli meat there too. We found a bakary on the way too - it was nice. Take notice of italian midday closure between 12-15.30 sometimes till 16.00
