The property seems recently updated. very nice finishes. LARGE shower and great working A/C. nice hot water and large room. They provide nice shower amenities (body soap, shampoo, shower cap) and coffee and tea options. It felt like staying in a nice hotel!

An amazing breakfast with delicious homemade treats! Very friendly, welcoming and cheerful host that recommended what is worth seeing around. Great location right by the lovely Bolsena and within a walikng distance from the lake. Large, very clean and nice room.

The countryside around Gradoli and Lake Bolsena, was delightful. Gradoli itself was a nice, quaint old town on a set of hills, with winding roads, but totally charming. The residents both in town and where we stayed not far away close to Lake Bolsena were tremendously helpful.
