The apartment is located in the heart of the city with a beautiful view of the street life. It’s really close to anything a person needs there. It was clean and modern and we didn’t have a single problem. The owner is very kind and helped us with the Call Me By Your Name tour by renting us bikes and giving us a google maps tour to follow. We’ve been here last year too and we plan on staying here every year.

Tina is one of the best hosts ever. Her attention to detail is what made our short stay so special! She provided us with dinner recommendations, bike rental help, and a delicious breakfast the next morning! Loved the location, the apartment was so charming and of course clean & comfortable. Highly reccomend, it was such a memorable experience!

Laura was so friendly and helpful, it was so nice to come from a long journey and be welcomed so warmly. The rooms are really clean and spacious, and the air con was great in the summer heat. Although we didn’t pay for breakfast it was super lovely to have a tea/coffee station set up with some small snacks.

Crema is a picturesque small town with an enchanting pedestrian street that has lots of boutiques on both sides and a wonderful cathedral (Duomo) in the central square. There are beautiful gates at each end of the pedestrian street, Porta Ombriano and Garibaldi. Lots of wonderful palaces (we saw at least 15) and churches with marvelous paintings. Santa Maria della Croce is a fascinating santuario. Also, the river Serio flows along the town and there is a hotel (Park Residence) close to its bank. Peaceful atmosphere, many small bars and restaurants in the centre. I would recommend Serafino - a great place for delicious pizza, and the ice cream parlour where they sell more than 50 ice cream flavors, as well as the Bandirali Cake shop in the main street, an exquisite confectioner's with delightful desserts.
Last but not least, for film lovers, Crema is the place where the movie Call Me by Your Name was shot, so if you walk in its streets you will discover many of the movie sets. Highly recommended!

Crema is a small lovely city located in northern Italy, around an hour away from Milano. With its frequent trains and busses, it has a good public transport connection, in and around the city. The old city center is charming and a perfect place for strolling around, exploring and relaxing on an afternoon. The tourist office located at the old city square is very helpful with all that you should require.

We were lucky as we arrived on the 2nd Saturday of the month when there was a flea market in the nice park between the railway station and the old town. This flea market also takes place on the last Sunday of each month! Furthermore, there was another festival with free events in the old town. The motorized traffic in the centre of the town is restricted. Thus, it is a pleasure to walk in the streets and squares. Lots of cyclists and lots of people with children in the city. There are also lots of interesting shops (clothes, shoes, books, pharmacies, to name a few) and cafes.

Overall was a good experience.
Overall was a good experience. Slightly disappointed that some restaurants are closed on Mondays. Unusual for an UK traveller to see shops closing between midday and 5 pm..ish, or restaurants open only after 7 pm.

I was only in Crema for 2 and a half days but that was all it took to fall in love with the town. The sound of people walking down the cobbled streets and the sound of the church bells was so charming. The churches and Venetian influences in architectures are breathtaking. I wish I could have stayed forever, and I will definitely be back for longer next time. Huge shout out to Alberto in the tourism center in Crema!!!

Crema is a beautiful old town, with wonderful architecture.
Crema is a beautiful old town, with wonderful architecture. It has some interesting places to visit, particularly if you are a fan of "Call me by your name". It is also a good base from which to visit Milan.
It has plenty of bakeries, ice cream shops and clothes shops! It is a bit more limited for general shopping, although there is a general supermarket within ten minutes walk, and Lidl is 5 minute drive. There are also plenty of fast food places, like McDonald´s and Burger King in the surrounding areas. There is a small shopping centre with a very big supermarket, clothes shops etc.
We didn't eat in the restaurants in town as these seemed limited in the options. Although we did find a few lovely Poke Bowl places (so it was great for special dietary needs).
There are a couple of pretty park areas to walk, sit, picnic etc.
The whole town seems to close down between 1 p.m. - 3 p.m. So if you need food or to hire bikes you have to check the times.
The church bells ring constantly. Some every half an hour. Not just a ring, sometimes the hourly/half hourly bells last nearly two minutes. Which is charming the first few times, but at 7 a.m. it isn't so charming for long! Bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper, or were hoping for a lay in!
The room is beautifully decorated, very spacious with a nice sitting area.
Arlene was very easy to communicate with, extremely responsive and helpful with all kinds of information and assistance to make the stay in Crema more pleasant. She very rapidly arranged for bike rental and dinner booking. Her response time each time we reached out to her was exceptional.
If you travel by car, there are several option for paying parking spots in the street very close to the Relais.
We definitely recommend this location in Crema!

We had a lovely time at B&B Guesthouse Anna and would love to revisit when it’s warmer 😊 Our room was big and cosy, breakfast was varied and very satisfying. Anna and Paolo were very accommodating and friendly, and gave us superb recommendations in the area. Minutes away by car or bicycle from the centre of Crema, and most CMBYN locations. All in all, fantastic value!
The host was lovely, he automatically knew the reason we were visiting crema and was armed with lots of information and helpful guides for us. very thoughtful.
we had everything we needed in terms of cooking aids/facilities. The terrace was beautiful, unfortunately for us we came when it was nonstop rain so didn’t get to enjoy.
would definitely stay again
The breakfast contained really delicious fresh breads, jam, juice, and cereal. The room was quaint and comfortable, with a view of the church bell from the window. The host was very hospitable and kind, and is willing to help you experience Crema a bit better. If you’re planning on only being in Crema for one night, definitely consider extending the trip!
The property we were given was truly amazing! Clean, Up to date and really comfortable. Bathing facilities were good and clean too! But the host Cristian is what makes the stay even better. He’s a walking wikipedia, knows everything about crema and good restaurants and is always willing to help! Overall a perfect stay!
If you want to have a worth remembering stay in Crema you should stay in Albergo Dimora Storica Antica Hostelleria as it gave me a well rested and well relaxing experience. Away from the city center, with few minutes walk, it gave me a quiet stay. The food was incedible. The staff were very helpful.
I liked the hotel because it was so clean and had everything you need for stay.
It was a cold day so the floor heating was very nice and comfortable.
The arrangement for the pick up was very easy. I would definitely return there if I visit the city again.
Thank you very much!
Great position to visit the old town of Crema. Very comfortable room. Cristina was great at hosting, and breakfast was very good. Parking was good, and the place was clean, well furnished and quirky. The tower gave a good view over the town and church tower.
1) Tidiness in the room
2) Bed was very comfortable
3) Bed sheets were good quality
4) Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly (both reception and canteen)
5) Room has very good isolating from the outside noises
6) Wide and close parking
It's a pity that cannot live in B&B because of the technical problem. But the staff is so NICE to transfer me to a 4 star hotel nearby. The hotel is so great even with AC and bath tub. Hope I have the chance to Crema again and will live in B&B
Good location just outside of the old city wall. Rooms are a bit dated but are quite acceptable. Breakfast is good with an adequate selection.
All in all, this hotel is good for the money and we would definitely stay there again.
We really enjoyed the hospitality of the host and staff. Made us feel like at home, really good atmosphere. Also the terrace was incredible. The B&B is conveniently situated near the Centre of Crema.
great location in the center of Crema, right by Piazza Duomo. Facilities were great and she gave us a basket of things for the first night which we really appreciated. There are no complaints.
Staff were super helpful when I was booking a stay here, offered advice on how to get to Crema. Room was massive and super clean. Hotel is quite central and close to everything
