Great location. Very quiet. Our room overlooked green fields, pattie's, and coconut trees.
Lovely afternoon breeze was surely welcomed. Refreshing pool to beat the heat.
Room was large.

Huge beach, quiet, white sands, could swim in sea [albeit a sign warning of jelly fish – so we didn’t risk it] Lifeguard on duty for hotel. We had private beach area in front of hotel. Much quieter than the beaches north goa - less commercialised. Only about 4 / 5 shacks – excellent food and cheap as chips. Completely different experience to north Goa. There is very little to no shopping nearby - need to take a taxi to local towns. If you want a quiet relaxing holiday - Varca is the place.

Perfect location. Secluded beachfront resort.
Perfect location. Secluded beachfront resort. Private and clean beach. Great Indian food options - also for vegetarians and Jains. Friendly staff. Beautiful property to enjoy with lush gardens and lawns. Loved it overall.
You will need a car/bike to travel around. Cabs from the hotels are expensive. There are food joints close to the resort if you are looking for more cuisines.

Not very crowded. having good enough grocery stores, market etc. Good for family to spend time & get things needed for snacks, breakfast, etc.. beaches in this area are comparatively clean, less crowdy & safe.
There are some good restaurants in this area where you can enjoy time with family, and also not very expensive.

Hands down, the beach was the highlight.

We spent our time centred out of Glorio Beach Shack. Great service and excellent food. Enjoyed a candle light dinner on the beach. Water was warm for playing in the surf and you could walk for miles in the squeaky white sand.

HOSPITALITY , FOOD , POOL AND HELPFUL NATURE OF ALL STAFF.
HOSPITALITY , FOOD , POOL AND HELPFUL NATURE OF ALL STAFF. BEEN TO GOA TO A NUMBER OF 5 STAR PROPERTIES IN LAST 30 YEARS , BUT THIS ONE IS BEST FOR FAMILY WITH ELDERLY AND YOUNG CHILDREN. WE SAW SOME FAMILIES WITH A FEW MONTH OLD BABIES ALSO.
Everything location is good staff is very efficient pool side front desk all very pleasant. Food is expensive and such a big hotel not enough pool side beds and beach beds all together probably 50 which people book them early morning. They should have more pool loungers. We stayed in room 262 bathroom door fram needs work on and it had foul smell too.
Even near pool side has bad smell they have suage issues
Awesome stay at affordable prices. Staff was very supportive especially Sunil and Corinne. Swimming pool was also clean, parking was available. Easy access to market to buy liquor, groceries, fish, etc and a pleasant location, Benaulim, Colva, Cavelossim, Varca beaches were nearby if you travel by scooty.
Our stay at The Presidential Villa beyond all expectations. The grounds were impeccable and simply beautiful. The Staff were friendly and amazing accommodating. We could not have wanted for single thing. If we come back to South Goa.. we would not consider staying anywhere other than here.
The staff were so polite and helpful. The location was excellent with respect to the distance from the beach. We tried all the restaurants and bars on the site, and they were all fantastic; enjoyed the mixture of different cuisines. We would definitely use the same hotel again.
Lively peace location close to the beach very good amenities loke power back up good wifi kitchen fully loaded we had lovely time would recommend thia place to anyone whi want stay in south varca fatrade beach
It has perfect location with just 3-4 mins walk to Varca Beach. But rest all - its all pathetic. Old and broken property / outsourced restaurant which does not care at all neither for quality nor for taste.
Food prepared was good as per North Indian taste, staff was really understanding & stay all within good budgets. Well connected to all South Goa locations , overall a very pleasant feel !
the owner didnt pick up the phone when we tried contacting. thats why we didnt check in to hotel. cancellation from the owner side is very bizare when we wanted to check in
Only positive is the location which is close to Varca beach. This beach is isolated though & has no shacks & restaurants. You would find very few people there
