Cleaning was pretty good especially in shared areas. The rooms were pretty clean as well. The hotel in general was cleaner than I thought it would be. Close to public transportation that runs often. #215 bus stops at 10 but you can walk four minutes to hotel.

I liked how spacious this 3-bedroom was and it was a great value! It’s close to a few markets so we were able to walk and buy groceries. It was much more economical for our group to stay in Bagnolet than to stay in Paris. The property was super clean. We loved having the double shower, double sink, and laundry units in the bathroom.

It's a great option for budget travellers with easy access to public transport including metro and bus. The surrounding area is a bit rough around the edges, but there is a mall across the street which is very convenient for picking up necessities and snacks. The restaurant in the building has lots of options and is not too pricey.

It is easy to get around Bagnolet - public transport works very well, but it is also easy to walk to other places. We spent days exploring Paris but had breakfast in the nearest bakeries that served good coffee, delicious baguettes and pastries. We also tried the local Chinese bar in the mall, and the food was good.
Another convenience is Auchan next to the hotel, Lidl within walking distance, and many small local stores and restaurants.
The neighbourhood is not beautiful but safe and relatively quite.

Having stayed often in 'budget' hotels I can say this is one of the better ones. The staff in particular were especially friendly, efficient and helpful to tourists.
The room was fine, although a little small, and the facilities functional and clean. Breakfast was tasty and filling and the dining area kept well clean. The hotel location is ideal for a couple traveling by car to visit Paris as parking is available without the need to drive into Paris city centre and the metro station entrance is just a few metres from the hotel.
We can certainly recommend the Reseda as a place from which to explore Paris for a long weekend.

The location was excellent for us...just outside the last arrondissement but with a metro connection across the street and an Auchan grocery store within 1 block. The price was less than 1/2 what we would have paid nearer tourist attractions. Getting there was super easy: bus # 351 from CDG Airport was a direct link, had room for our luggage and cost only 2.5 euros when we purchased tickets from the driver.

We had a few nights at the hotel while exploring Paris. It was fairly close to the Metro and easy to get into the city. A good budget alternative for your Paris vacation. All clean and tidy, but nothing extra. You get what you pay for!

If you are happy with a simple but clean place to stay, this B&B place is a good option. Safe, friendly staff, a comfortable bed, fast internet, good grocery shopping and eating places just round the corner. It is not far from the CDG airport as well as the top attractions in Paris, like the Louvre or the Eifel Tower. If you make you reservation via Booking.com, you get discount ticket offers for trips and tours.
The reception is open round the clock all week. The staff are very helpful, patient and forthcoming, indeed more than once they even helped me get stuff from the vending machine when it was proving difficult. Speaking of which, the vending machines at the entrance are very well stocked too. Last but not least, the hotel is very conveniently located if you want to be close enough to downtown Paris.
Close to the metro station. Clean inside the apartment. Easy to collect the key and good contact with the owner. The family bed was comfortable, while the extensible sofa somewhat less - but good enough for a child. The street was not noisy, so we could sleep well. The kitchen well equipped with the basic appliances, for preparing breakfast or a light dinner.
Our 9 days in Paris were excellent!
The access to the metro is very easy! And the metro station available on the metro line are very centered to Paris, you can reach the Opera in 17 mins !
The mall next to the hotel was very useful you can find anything you need , and there is a hyper market in the mall where you can find everything you need.
The bakery next to the hotel has amazing bakeries , a must try!
booked four rooms, and the hotel staff, especially the brothers at the reception, were very friendly and helped me finish the rooms as soon as possible, and I especially thank Mr. Idris, Mr. Anis, and Mrs. Namsa for finishing the accommodation and solving my problem, and Brother Mostafa for helping to provide a means of transportation early in the morning

The house is Very close to the metro station and food outlets. Its a nice apartment with good bed , kitchen facilities and clean toilet. Checkin and checkout was very smooth. The host was very cordial and friendly. Overall very good three nights stay. When i come back to paris i will rent this place again.
The location is perfect as the metro station is just within 100 meter and this metro is still within zone 1 which we don't have to pay extra to commute in city centre. The shopping mall is just next to this hotel where you can find pharmacy, restaurants and a huge supermarket.
The price is very reasonable.
The staff is amazing. The room is great and there are elevators which is not so common for Paris, but I also got the Cabrio room, and this one has a private bathroom, which is totally worth it. Cleaning was spotless. Internet also perfect and the included breakfast was quite good.
The location is very near the metro, having good connections to the center. It is also very close to a shopping center and to a few eating places. The hotel looked very clean, also the room. Basic amenities in order. I liked very much also the kitchenette and the balcony.
Nice and quiet location, not as bad as the other reviewers say it is, even under the protests in June/July 2023. Grocery store nearby, and a nice hour and a half walk to Paris if you like traveling by foot. Nice parking. Clean. Cozy common areas.
Great place to stay during visiting Paris with family. Apartment is very big, nice design, good furnitures, all equipment. Safe parking place. Host is very nice and supportive. Good communication by car or public transport to center of Paris.
I like the location about 40 minutes to paris city, to eiffel tower and others. public transportation is also nearby, such as Metro number 3 (M3) and bus.
Quiet street, easy walk to bakery and shops. 40 min by metro to central Paris. Adequate space for two. Hosts were quick to respond to questions on email.
