The villa was absolutely beautiful. It was comfortable, spacious and a very well maintained property in a gated community.. Loved that it had a bedroom and full bathroom on the main floor as well as two large bedrooms and full bathroom on the 2nd level. Would definitely stay there again. You could tell it was well cared for. It was conveniently situated on the islands north side between Heraklion, and Chania. About a 20 minutes drive from beautiful Rethymno. Definitely need a vehicle.

Set on a hillside above Gerani village, Gerani Villas is a complex of fully equipped units with well-kept gardens and a swimming pool. Each villa features a kitchen with dining area and opens out to balconies overlooking the Cretan Sea. The air-conditioned villas at Gerani are very spacious and furnished with respect to the local style. They consist of 3 or 4 bedrooms and a living room with fireplace, flat-screen, satellite TV and DVD player. Free Wi-Fi is also available throughout the property. Guests can relax on the sun beds available next to the pool or have a BBQ at the on-site facilities. Private parking is also provided free of charge. The nearest beach can be reached within 1.6 mi, while shops can be found at 0.6 mi. The town of Rethymno with its Venetian harbor is at 4.3 mi and the town and port of Chania is at 37 mi.
