Our room was immediately above the beach in a bay that was for the most part sandy bottomed, a major plus for us since we like to wade and swim in the sea without dealing with pebbles. The room had a roomy balcony with a great view of the Libyan Sea, and the door to the balcony had a mosquito screen, which made it possible to leave the door open and sleep to the sound of the water. (There weren’t many mosquitoes anyway.) The room had a full bed and a bunk, was spotless, but small. It would be a good base for a leisurely stay at the beach.
