Immaculately clean, updated, warm and stylish decor in a lovely older historic building In wonderful Panicale. We loved this town and this darling hotel. The staff were helpful and efficient during check in and check out. The bed was super comfortable and the room was quiet (until some noisy guests came home late after midnight . The walls are thin so it is only polite to be quiet after midnight and this is not the hotel’s fault. A nice touch was the room fragrance decanters placed in each room and in the lobby. The entire place smells warm and fresh.
Offering mountain views, Rastrello in Panicale offers accommodations, a garden, a bar, and a shared lounge.

Stefania and her family are great, super sweet people. The apartment is more lovely than the pictures. It is the only rental on the large property which has a small soccer field you can also practice archery. Soaking in the hot tub is delightful. The interior is new and clean with sufficient kitchen supplies, beddings, towels ( swimming towels are in the shack outside with other outdoor toys). Ideal place for a quiet countryside vacation.

Paciano is a gem of a small village and this hotel was above average. We travel a lot throughout Italy and usually the staff far exceed the accommodations so you might overlook the shortcomings. This hotel is the complete package. We stayed for a week and traveled around the area. Claudio and his staff were welcoming, helpful, down to earth, and the hotel room was great. Spacious with a great view of the valley below us. Highly recommended.

This place is just stunning with amazing landscapes surrounding it. Beautiful sunset, olive trees, pool view.
Rebbeca and Roberto were most amazing couple we met who made our stay wonderful right from the beginning with their warm and welcoming nature.
Breakfast, dinner and deserts were delicious and Rebecca put so much love and effort in treating us. Our room was everyday cleaned and well taken care off in our absence and we highly appreciate because not every place offers such hospitality.
Also, not to forget Roberto is indeed outstandingly funny personality and youll definitely enjoy his company and ofcourse help whenever necessary.

Panicale is a wonderfull old town on top of the hill with townwalls and narrow streets, and beautiful small squares. Good restaurants and even a small theatre and festival in september. Carparking on the streets close to the hotel is possible not for free. From the town panoramic views on Lake Trasimeno!

Panicale is a beautiful hilltop town with a lovely charm and friendly people. Town piazza is great - good restaurants both for dining out and for getting a quick bite. Town is small so getting around is easy. If you want to go further then we would recommend a car though we did manage to get to other places using public transport.
The whole place is surrounded by olive trees with the wonderful view on Trasimeno lake. House is newly renovated, very well equipped, clean and comfortable, swimmig pool is simply great. The spacious terrace area with garden furniture is ideal for meals and evening relax - it also has marvellous view on the lake.
It's a good base for visiting the nearby picturesque villages (Panicale, Paciano, Castiglione del Lago) and major cities of Umbria.
The owners were very nice and helpful with everything that was needed.

I can’t say enough nice things about Rastrello, we enjoyed our stay so much we’re already trying to plan our trip back. It’s a delightfully thoughtful design led boutique hotel in a charismatic and quintessential Umbrian hilltop village. The views are breathtaking from most of the hotel and the staff were as diligent and they were charming. From the light switches to the terrace aperitivo it would be a shame to miss any of the carefully considered details that make this feel special.
The House is fully and warmly furnished and you feel at home immediately. The host Elisa is most friendly and helpful, if you need any tips she is happy to help. She welcomes you with vegetables grown in her own garden. From the location you can easily travel to Perugia, Città della Pieve or Assisi. To Panicale it's only a short walk and hiking paths are not far. To stay for some time in an olive grove is just wonderful. We thank Elisa that we could stay in her nice holiday house.
The peaceful environment of the place. Great facilities with privacy and high level of personal service. The price is a little high but it includes most services, like mini-bar, delicious breakfast, pool, sauna access, etc. which makes it acceptable. Beautiful SPA facilities. Excellent chef in the kitchen - you should enjoy at least one dinner at the hotel and select local dishes from the menu.
Great location in Panicale, very easy to find, to park my car, breakfast was arranged each morning at a cafe in the beautiful square with lovely pistachio croissants and great coffee. Staff are delightful, room is cute, bathroom spotless and air con thankfully worked very well - no amazing views but it's really nicely done, was quiet comfy and well presented. Value for money excellent.
Casolare Marconi is one of the most beautiful locations in Umbria we have ever been to. The house is very beautifully restored and really modern, yet with a classical touch. It's very spacious and well equipped. The owners are very warm, welcoming and will provide you with everything you need. The area and views are amazing!
Leonardo was an excellent host. He went out of his way to make sure our stay was great. We also opted to do one of the family cooked meals - could not recommend enough. He also provided us with transportation around Panicale to a wedding we were attending at no extra charge. Cannot recommend him more.
We stayed at Cerreto Casalini with a couple of friends sharing an apartment.
The location is simply a paradise in the middle of Umbrian olive trees.
The hosts, Freddy and Silvia, are fabulous. In Cerreto, they have been able to create an extremely relaxing and friendly atmosphere.
The location was perfect within in a 3 minute walk to the square in Panicale and gorgeous views of the countryside. The accommodations were welcoming and cozy. Marcella was a very gracious host and had a bottle of prosecco waiting for us upon our arrival. Highly recommend!
Amazing location and atmosphere. The staff was extremely nice and attentive. amazing experience and highly recommended to anyone who wants to truly enjoy the amazing Umbrian landscape, culture and food. thanks to the staff for making our stay incredibile!!!
Lovely accommodation within the nature and sunflower fields. Excellent located next to Panicale and other cosy towns in the surroundings. The owner Chiara is a really good assistent and almost 24/7 available for questions and tips. See you next year!
The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was really good with everything you need. It was very clean, a good location and a great breakfast. It is a really nice place to stay when you're visiting Panicale and the surrounding areas.
What a fabulous and beautiful place. We would love to come back when the weather is warmer to enjoy the garden. Elisa was a great and attentive host. Panicale is a really nice town.
I really enjoyed my quiet stay in Panicale in this beautiful house. The walks in town and outside are wonderful, always surrounded by beauty. The owner is very kind and helpful.
