Super friendly landlord, who is perfectly connected to the islanders. He is offering all kinds of services, like organizing a taxi or boat trips, he will do anything he can, to make you feel comfortable! A Silent fridge helps relaxing in a cozy room, only minutes away from where the beach is and the action takes place, but yet within a silent neighborhood. Every evening when we returned, we found a note on the bed pointing at a present in the fridge. We had fresh watermelon one day and a cocktail the other.

Property info

We are a family business who is involved in the hospitality field for practically a lifetime! Our guest soon realise that we treat them as members of our own family and we are always there for them for whatever they might need! We pay special attention to great service and cleanliness and we naturally maintain a very friendly relationship with most of the people we have hosted! We cannot wait to meet you and introduce you to our little paradise right in the heart of one of the most renowned islands in the world!

The property is located a step away from the beach, in the picturesque village of Perissa. The beach of Perissa is one of the largest and most famous beaches of the volcanic island of Santorini. In the village you will find shops for your daily needs, taverns, restaurants, cafés and bars, as well as plenty of recreational activities like watersports and hiking. The distance to the city of Thira is only 12km (15mins by car) and 14km to the airport and they are both accessible by bus too! The village is located at the feet of the mountain of Mesa Vouno which separates Perissa from Kamari. Nearby you will find the most famous local archeological attractions, such as ancient Thira from where you can admire the wonderful panoramic view. The area is ideal for those who wish to combine all the modern activities with the natural scenic beauty and tranquility, close to a variety of beautiful beaches such as Perivolos (1.8km), Vlihada (5.5km), Kokkini beach (9.7km), Aspri beach (11km) and Kamari (13km).
