Everything, but in particular the breakfast (out of the ordinary), the hospitality, nice, clean and big room and bathroom, furnished with style, beautiful place to stay, great swimming pool, restaurant and garden. We will be back!

Property info

Our structure is located in an area surrounded by green hills and enjoys the view of the most important mountain ranges of our region: Gran Sasso and Maiella which can be easily reached as well as the Adriatic beach full of beautiful seaside resorts; also you can take advantage of the proximity, about 5 minutes, of the medieval center of Penne equipped with all services including a hospital emergency room. The structure surrounded by a large garden with olive trees, swimming pool and games for children consists of two buildings side by side, one of which is a stone dating back to the end of the nineteenth century, a typical rural house reserved for settlers who worked the land and totally renovated where the rooms "EDERA e ANGELI". The other building, of more recent construction, also originally used as a farmhouse and renovated to accommodate: on the ground floor the restaurant rooms and on the upper floor four bedrooms: "PAPAVERO, LAVANDA, GIRASOLE, ROSA" all furnished with 'era. The apartment, with independent entrance, is part of the building where our home is located and is a few dozen meters from the main building.
