Plenty of room for our group of 8 people. Downstairs is wonderful divided in dining and sitting room with additional extra rooms for more cosines. The kitchen has its extra table and is fantastic for early coffee and in between drinks. Most time we spent outdoors next to the pool or the breakfast / party area. Upstears are the sleeping rooms. These are cosy and have all there own bathroom and toilet. Unfortunately something didn’t work as it should with the cooling system on the top floor therefor the nights where rather warm. But hey it’s Italy in summer. We are looking forward to spend an other holiday in that Villa. Emanuele the owner speaks perfect English and was very helpful in giving tips where to eat and helps if needed to get a table for a bigger group. Reservations are always needed.
