Small typical French village.
Small typical French village. Very close to many places to visit so a good base. Village shop and small restaurant/bar opening hours could have been longer. Chemist and hairdressers. Completely immersed in the vineyards of Puisseguin / Saint Emilion. The hosts, father-&-daughter Mr. and Ms. Maillot, are incomparable: breakfast arranged at the exact time we desired, with croissant and bread that Mr. Maillot bought fresh from a bakery in town, accompanied by home-made jam and coffee prepared by Ms. Maillot (and the priceless discussions with Mr. Maillot) THE place to stay in the area of St. Emilion!PierfrancescoSweden
