I was born and raised in Phoenix. I would not live there now and only visit if we have to such as going to the airport or other business. I prefer smaller towns with clean air and a healthy environment to walk and hike in nature. Phoenix is HOT this time of year...obviously. Sadly, the air quality is Poor now-a-days with OZONE (which is Invisible but still Unhealthy), and has Smog like other big cities. I LOVE Arizona! It is a diverse state with cool people and very diverse environments from the Sonoran Desert-the only place where the Saguaro live (AZ and Mexico), and we have Snow and the Grand Canyon! Visit the state for sure! Go to the rural gems in Arizona.

I was in Phoenix for GCU’s graduate school commencement and I was blown away by how beautiful the city is. I found myself staring out the window during landing because I saw the most serene clear blue skies and orange hills/mountains.
The city had this tint over it, not in a sense of pollution but, a tint that reminds you of a peaceful dream.
Each person I came across, from the airport customer service representative to my Uber driver. Everyone was so nice and jovial.
Phoenix is as beautiful as it is hot. If you’re visiting in the summertime, please pack your sunscreen, handheld fan, comfortable clothes and water.
But, I definitely plan to come back to visit and stay for a longer time.

We never left the resort...and why would we!
We never left the resort...and why would we! Everything we possibly could have wanted was right there. We had brought along cards and various board games, snacks and water to have in our room, Of course, the company (my children) was outstanding! This is a fantastic resort that has courteous and attentive employees. The grounds are immaculate, and the villas are extraordinary. My family had an absolutely amazing time. Staying in a spotless, impeccably decorated, large villa, with enough space to play games, cook, or watch a movie (all while another person took a nap) made for the perfect little vacation. We loved the water slides and lazy river. My highest recommendation goes to the Arizona Grand Resort and Water Park!

We were entertaining grandkids so looked for activities that they would enjoy. The Arizona Boardwalk was an excellent choice. There were a lot of activities if a little expensive. The Organ Stop in Mesa was a major hit with our kids. A bicycle ride along a desert trail yielded some spotted wildlife. The kids enjoyed seeing a roadrunner and a rattle snake especially. Traffic is horrible but I was expecting worse. The water park was also a big hit. It is connected to the Hilton resort.

Phoenix is a great city. Restaurants are wonderful.
Phoenix is a great city. Restaurants are wonderful. Lots to do in the museum district with its parks, exhibitions, and friendly people. It's better staying downtown. Definitely avoid the airport area as this is not safe. Grand Canyon is wonderful but a +4 hour drive.
The price per value is OK. If you are looking for a place a bit distant yet not too far from downtown with grocery stores around go for it. The room is NOT modern so don't expect any luxury. The breakfast is quite basic just a pot with coffee and tea, cheap buns, cupcakes, and granola. It has plenty of parking around. There are a couple of restaurants within a walking distance (~15 mins)
Immaculate and walking distance to downtown, we enjoyed a comfortable stay in this very nicely updated chateau in the midst of Phoenix. The host Josh and Mirlene were very helpful and responsive to our needs. This is a great value and location for what we needed. Love the touch of the fireplace in the living room. I felt taken care of in this very thoughtful space.
The location was perfect, everything was a short walk away. The rail and bus stop is also nearby to go further downtown Phoenix. The staff was very responsive and everything went well without even seeing them at all, very quiet and secure place; it was far better than a hotel for sure. The pictures on the site are exactly what you get.
Stayed 1nt after long flight,Free shuttle from the airport was the draw to this hotel there is nothing in the area just industrial and it looked like it could do with a makeover seemed a bit dated.,room was big and quiet staff where nice,OK for an overnight stopover..but personally I wouldn't stay here again due to location
Nice little artsy boutique hotel in downtown Phoenix. Walking distance from plenty of restaurants, shops and bars. They also have a bar and market cafe next to the lobby. The entire hotel is a repurposed material/ art gallery concept. It's fantastic that they are supporting local artists. Would absolutely stay here again.
Great, simple motel-style hotel. Easy to find, lots of parking and all very straightforward with check in and check out. Room was big with a large comfortable bed. Nice breakfast with a waffle making machine. We didn’t use the pool but it looked good and other people were enjoying it.
Great location in downtown phoenix. Walking distance from restaurants, bars , sports facilities and shops. We arrived at 2 pm and they were very friendly and let us CheckIn. The hotel is a few minutes away from the airport . The room was very nice . Great bed !
Love it! Fantastic deal. Walked to the ballgame. Thank you.
We stay in Phoenix a few nights a year. Will make your hotel the place we stay every time. We were touched that you had free cold drinks available by the desk.
Was over 114' and they were so needed!
The room is big and comfortable. The hotel is pretty, you kind of feel that you are inside of a resort. The distance to the airport really makes it worth it if you are only staying one day. If you want to explore Phoenix I would suggest other neighborhoods.
The room was ok, but very basic. The shuttle to the airport and the proximity to the airport were the reasons I booked this room. If you have to stay for more than one day to Phoenix, I think you should choose another hotel.
the truth is that I rented the hotel for this application and when I arrived at the hotel they let me know that I rented it by expedition and after I arrived at the hotel they did not give me my room and I paid the money 💰
In the heart of Phoenix, this hotel had a perfect location that is close to main event centers, bars and restaurants. Very expensive for the quality. Rooms ok but not “wow”. Front desk staff and valet service was superb.
Very clean hotel, easy checkout on your TV in room. Best bed in its price category by far and all round a very pleasant stay.
When I need an airport hotel in Phoenix again, I’d be happy to stay at this property.
The beautiful foliage and the historical background of the hotel are just some of the amazing features at the Arizona Biltmore. The staff is amazing top-notch service. The pools are clean, clear and crisp.
Really quirky hotel. Decor was fab, lovely little touches made it very boho. Staff were lovely as well, very responsive and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable as well - so you got style and substance!
The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the staff we met were all great. We really appreciated the free shuttle to and from Phoenix airport. The buffet breakfast had good food options.
Excellent stafd. Meredith on front desk allowed me to check-in early and was very professional and helpful.
Great breakfast options. Large room. Hotel very clean.
