Sehr geräumiges Haus mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. In der Garage war auch einiges für den Strand (Sonnenschirme, Strohmatten, Luftmatratzen, ...). Es liegt nah zum Strand, in einer ruhigen Gegend. Ein Mercador Supermarkt kann zu Fuß querfeldein in 5min erreicht werden. Beide Tageslichtbäder komplett ausgestattet, alle drei Schlafzimmer hatten eine Klimaanlage. Die Küche hatte auch alles. Nur 300m die Strasse runter zum Promenadenweg.
