The apartment exceeded my expectations. It’s budget yes, but it is so convenient, super clean, more than decent in size, and with everything you need from the kitchen appliances, an iron, and a hairdryer. I also found the location very convenient: famous Myrtos beach, that has the best sunset views, is 15 minutes drive. The village itself is gorgeous, has Greek supermarket chain - AB market, where you can buy all the groceries and necessities, plenty great restaurants, and amazing ambiance. What makes this place special is Makis and his welcoming personality. If this place is still available - look no further! I would definitely stay here when visiting Kefalonia.

Makis was very helpful, he met us at gone midnight after a late flight and taxi ride and made sure we got something to eat from the local bakery that was open that late! (Strawberry). He printed out all the local bus times for us and gave a lift to both Sami and the airport on the last day. The rooms were cleaned and freshened every single day bar one which was more than I expected, I think by makis wife? And makis brought back a load of waters for us from the supermarket in the next town and dropped them off in our rooms. The wifi was strong in my room and the balconies had lovely views of the mountains. Location was excellent a short walk to the village centre and beach whilst still feeling rural. Makis was always available and helpful on Whatsapp if not in the office. It was more spacious than I imagined and had everything you could need to be self-sufficient.

The apartment is spacious, and it was spotlessly clean. In a quiet, lovely location but a 5 minute walk to the harbour, restaurants, and shops. It is well stocked with the essentials to self cater if required. With tea and coffee, water and honey kindly left for arrival. This is no small part because of 'Makis' s management. His kindness, care, and attention to detail are evident here. I can not thank him and his staff enough. He goes over and above what's expected! I would highly recommend booking here.

Makis was one of the most accommodating hosts I’ve ever encountered, from staying up late to check us in after a delayed flight, giving us a welcome meal and drink, offering to take us to the airport! The apartment is in a perfect location, a few mins walk to the waterfront. It was much larger than we expected and perfect for our little trip.

Each studio apartment was spacious and extremely clean. They were well furnished and the view from all balconies was beautiful. Makis (the owner) was extremely helpful at all times, even giving us a lift to a couple of places and letting one of our group borrow his laptop when their phone broke! He went above and beyond what we expected and the property was lovely too!

To begin with Makis is such a great guy! He was super helpful with everything. He showed us spots to sunbathe and eat in Agia Efimia. He printed us bus table so we can go and explore further! Apartment was lovely, bed was comfortable, shower pressure was great, we had two balconies where we can enjoy sunset and sunrise. Kitchen had everything we needed to make toasties for breakfast and we even managed to cook pasta for dinner couple of nights. Palace has aircond but we didn't need to use it, as we had beautiful mountain wind coming through window!

We really enjoyed our stay here, the room was large and very clean. The location of the apartment was in a quiet location at the back of the village which we liked as it was only 5 minutes walk from everything, The host was very friendly and accommodating and couldn't have been more helpful. He even gave us a parting gift and gave us recommendations of where to eat. Our schedule meant we could only stay 1 night but we would definitely have been happy staying longer. Thankyou Makis!
