We stayed here while hiking the Via Francigena. The hotel is right along the path and very easy to find. We celebrated my 40th birthday with dinner at the hotel restaurant - I highly recommend eating here! Breakfast was also amazing, as was the staff. The owners were so thoughtful and helped us arrange travel to Monteriggioni and then to Siena. I highly recommend and would stay here again. Hope to be back!

Great location between Monteriggioni, San Gimignano, and Siena on an amazing old farm in Tuscany. Great facilities, easy parking, Great food and wine, and splendid views. So much more peaceful compared to the touristy Venice, Florence, and Rome. You share the site with a only a handful of other couples and families. They also have a great pool to cool off in after a day of sightseeing. And the owners and staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Villa Lilia really had the best of both worlds: located in a bucolic, peaceful area surrounded by beautiful landscaping and views, while still an easy drive to anywhere and everywhere. Siena was only 20 min away, and drives to wineries, thermal baths, Florence, and even the beach were a breeze. Let was such a friendly host who truly cared about the place and his guests; breakfast was tasty, and the room was very comfy. The real star though was Pita and Laila, the resident dogs. Pita was always waiting for belly rubs in the morning!!

Beautiful peaceful setting close to Siena and charming neighbouring towns. Everything about the stay was 5 stars- food was amazing, the hosts were accomodating, the room was clean (and serviced every day) and they offered everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfasts were a particular highlight!
