There was a simple breakfast area in the kitchen which was very nice. The rooms were extremely clean. We were also very tired and had an amazing night’s sleep. Very comfortable and quiet. Definitely recommend!

Cullinan's Guesthouse, hotel in Doolin

This charming 4-star guest house is located in the center of Doolin overlooking the Aille River. It offers spacious and attractive en suite accommodations with free Wi-Fi and free on-site parking.

This guest house strikes the perfect balance between the services of a hotel and the personal touch of a B&B. No need to interact with B&B hosts as the staff are professional and then leave you to your own care while there are amenities such as a nice lounge with a fireplace that you would find in a good B&B. The breakfast was excellent, presentation, content and service. We had a takeaway homemade loaf of bread upon check out which was an unexpected bonus.

Doolin is an oceanfront village with easy access to the Cliffs of Moher and the Aran Islands. The pubs offer wonderful food and music. I heard the caves are amazing but my stay was too short…more reason to return!

A very charming village. The people were very friendly. Great pubs and live music (McGann's & McDermott's were the ones we visited). There is a spectacular view of the Cliffs of Moher from the parking lot of the ferry dock; our landlord recommended we go at sunset, and it was amazing! It happened to be high tide and the roaring waves made the scene even more astounding. Of course, the Cliffs are just down the road, and they are one of the best sights in Ireland.

    Great music, fun and food.

Great music, fun and food. Excellent quality food in all pubs and hotels. You can walk between pubs but lack of street lights can make this dangerous at night...maybe there could be a store of hivis vests that could be swapped between pubs for those walking.

Got a true feel for this countryside / seaside community. Loved the pubs. Took the scenic cliff side walk to Cliffs of Moher which was spectacular but super muddy. Amazing and majestic. Bus back to town could have been more on time and available.

Doolin is a delightful village. McGann's Pub was great. Delicious food, good music. A quintessential Irish pub. Doolin is convenient for visiting the Cliffs of Mohr and the Burren. I would have gladly stayed a few more days.

Doolin is a cute little town and is a great place to stay for close proximity to the Cliffs of Moher. There isn't much to do in Doolin, so I recommend staying there only to spend the night after visiting the Cliffs that afternoon or before visiting the Cliffs the next morning.

The Ramblers Rest is an amazing B&B in Doolin! The ocean view from our room was spectacular! Michael, the host was very kind and informative! The room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was delicious. We really enjoyed being able to walk from the B&B up to the path that leads to the Cliffs of Moher! We were blessed with a beautiful sunny day with amazing views! Michael suggested a restaurant in town followed by a local pub that played Trad Irish Music. Our stay here was the highlight of our trip to Ireland!

Amazing location upon a hilltop overlooking the coast and cliffs of Moher. Lovely old hotel/guesthouse with it's very own castle ruins. The property has a top notch restaurant which served us dinner and breakfast. Also there is a bar off the lobby for a pint anytime. Parking was plentiful. The grounds were beautiful. The owner provided a history of the property and a castle tour. The castle was in great condition. Meals were amazing, other guests were lovely to meet and talk to.

Rooms: The room/bathroom were great and very modern, as the property seemed to be brand new! Breakfast included a few pastries, but water/tea/coffee with a kettle was also provided. Location: Excellent! We were able to walk into Doolin at night to get dinner / go to the pubs. It was about ~10-20 min walk depending on where you go. Close driving distance to Lahinch, Doolin Pier, and Cliffs of Moher as well! Hosts/Check-In: Very friendly and helpful! Check-in was super easy as well.

Lovely place in Doolin, very plush and comfortable with stylish neutral greys. Great shower. The breakfast deserves a special mention, with eggs made to order and interesting homemade items on the buffet. The owners are very nice and available for tips and recommendations, we had a great dinner in town because the owner was able to make a reservation for us. Bonus point, Bertie, the fluffy dog who welcome all guests!

We were only visiting Doolin for a night for a wedding but the time spent in the hotel was great. Really comfy beds, friendly staff and a great breakfast. On a sunny day you would easily be able to see the Cliffs of Moher. We were also very grateful to be given a lift into the village by the hosts as the weather wasn’t well enough for us to walk - thank you so much for that!

The property is so close to the bus stop and good restaurants. If you’re staying in Doolin to see the Cliffs, this is the place for you. Bernice was so kind to welcome us and the property was exactly as pictured. Also, I thought the water pressure for the shower was fantastic. My husband and I had a great stay and would definitely come back!

Cormac and his wife Liz were lovely hosts for our two nights in Doolin. The home is lovely and is in the perfect location for all the pubs, restaurants, and outdoor experiences such as hiking to the Cliffs of Moher or a ferry out to the Aran Islands. The rooms were clean and comfortable with an amazing breakfast. We will definitely be back.

It was lovely to have something to ourselves not rely on pugs for our dinner. Having our own private space that wasn’t a hotel was also very nice. The cottage had a great view and as only a short drive into the village. I highly recommend this location if you are spending a couple days in Doolin.
