A unique experience. The rooms are spare but comfortable. The complex is set in the green oasis of a working farm, with an olive grove just up the hill. Quiet and peaceful. The hosts are artists whose works embellish the grounds. Breakfast in a big, airy common room consists of fresh breads, yogurt, juice, and coffee. Swimming pool in a lovely tree-lined setting.

The room was spacious and had a very large balcony with a great view. The price was very reasonable given the quality of the room and facilities, and the breakfast was great. The staff was helpful and friendly. We especially liked the restaurant and bar staff -- especially the friendly young woman who was always patient with my mediocre Italian language skills, and the kind man who made coffee every morning.

very charming and helpful owners; gave us excellent information and map which helped us find our way around this fascinating and beautiful town. The Hotel is beautiful! and the view from our room superb, looking across at the town and basilicas: I took pictures at sunset and sunrise.
