They had amazing tours for a reasonable price and they were super helpful at the front desk booking taxis, etc. Our grab cancelled 5 minutes before pickup and she got us a taxi within 30 minutes to drive us all the way to Krabi.

Our bungalow had a wonderful view of the river and natural area beyond, and we loved seeing families of monkeys in the wild and crossing the river into the resort. The resort was surrounded by jungle and very lush with flowers and plants. Breakfast at the restaurant was tasty and the staff were friendly and helpful. We took two excursions through the hotel that were excellent.

Overall a good stay. The rooms are comfortable and cool. Monkeys everywhere and very entertaining to watch! Mint in the front office is awesome and so kind. She helped us arrange a night trek, a lake trip and a transfer to Surat Thani. A very unique property tucked against the side of a mountain and within the trees.

Perfect location close to everything but you feel like you're in the jungle, we saw some monkeys :), we picked basic room and it was enough for us, All what you need is in it, good to have your own mosquito net to hang, air con efficient, we also booked overnight on the lake for really good price as entire trip was amazing, didn't expect such a good service, they locked bags for us until we came back

The resort was ideally located near the entrance to the national park, ideal for backpackers. There are lots of restaurants nearby as well as mini mart with ATM machines
If you want to do a lake trip it’s about an hours drive from this resort.

This place seems to have become quite touristic.
This place seems to have become quite touristic. The one day tour is a sham. Long time traveling with some quick stops to take a quick picture. The cave is just walking in line to see a few bats. The jungle tour is just a hike though the jungle up a creek. All the animals have left here as probably 1000 people crush this path every day. I guess if you want to see some raw nature you have to hire a private guide for more days and go deeper and wait until all the day trippers have left.

A lovely spot, staff was excellent. Meals were very reasonable and VERY fresh ingredients, lots of options. Lots of sitting areas, a pool and a “sky walk” constructed outside the main entrance for guests.

The one day lake tour at the national park was amazing.
The one day lake tour at the national park was amazing. Going with a boat to go lunch, swim and walk. The walk was great. You have to wear closed shoes because you are going to get really wet until your belly button. The town khao sok was not much. It was 1 street. But it was cozy. The khao sok homestay resort is a place I would not recommend. It was also very far from the town

Khao Sok is a beautiful national park with lush rainforest, towering limestone formations seen nearby rivers and at Cheow Lan lake and a variety of wildlife. It is a stunning place to visit with lots of nature and activities to do - we went canoeing along a river for a couple of hours and spotted birds, tree frogs, giant lizards and bee hives up on the limestone mountains. Cheow Lan lake is a must - we planned a day trip with Khao Sok private tours, and really enjoyed the longboat ride exploring the lake spotting monkeys and elephants on the shore. We hiked in the jungle and saw many birds and lizards and heard gibbons up in the trees. Swimming in the lake was such a memorable experience in this beautiful and peaceful setting - like soaking in a warm bath! The mekong catfish in the lake (and there are many!) don't come near you when you swim. We stopped off at Panvaree and got to kayak too, which was great fun. The lunch there was outstanding and you can enjoy a quiet meal with beautiful views from the balcony.

They deserve all the good reviews and credit! We just stayed one night at the resort and then, thanks to the incredible staff, we did an amazing overnight tour at the national park. The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming and funny. They organised our overnight tour and the transport to Krabi airport. The room at the resort and the bungalow in the national park were very comfortable and clean. We can highly recommend the Khao Sok Morning Mist Resort! Definitely coming back.
We stayed for 2 nights only, came from Krabi, first time in Khao Sok. Place is very nice, beautifull garden. Located on the road on the hill. Houses are nice - Thai style cabins in jungle feel like place. People forget that this is 2 star hotel so dont expect luxury. Staff was helpfull - very nice lady on the reception, always willing to help. No water issues. Breakfast were ok - finally normal coffe in Thailand. Overall good stay. Aircondition very nice and quiet.
Excellent location in the Khao Sok village close to plenty of bars and restaurants, and all tours for trips to the national park which you can book via the hotel. Lovely balcony overlooking the mountains and access to next doors pool which was very peaceful. The room was very spacious and had all basic facilities like air con, hot shower, fridge, comfy bed, water, toiletries. It was very clean and secure from any insects considering jungle location.
Nung House surpassed all of our expectations, the gardens were so beautiful and tropical, the food was so delicious that we ate the same thing for lunch and dinner, and the staff were so lovely.
The room was very clean and comfortable and our room had aircon when we were expecting only a fan. They also helped us book our trip to Khao Sok to stay on the lake.
Other restaurants and shops are less than 5 minutes away, we thoroughly recommend.
Stayed here one night for a tour of the national park that was organised by another hotel. However, the hotel does arrange tours which I regret not booking directly. Staff are super friendly and welcoming. The bungalows are clean. They provide a lot of bottles of water which is appreciated. They offer free breakfast but we did not get a chance to try it. The name of the hotel is exactly what it is, a jungle bungalow. Great value for money.
We stayed two nights. The first night was very exciting as the bungalows are in the jungle, so you can hear all the jungle sounds. In general the whole camp is very nice. The location was fine - around 10 min walk to the main Khao sok village street. We organized tours at the hotel which were great. The staff was also nice and helpful. They also let us use the facilities the day after we checked out and came back from our overnight tour.
Two of the best days in Thailand so far! Perfect place to stay in Khao Sok! Comfortable, cozy tree houses with beautiful surroundings that make you feel like in at home in the jungle. Owners are super nice and friendly and provided transfers from and to the airport and great tours and were really helpful the way! Also, good breakfast and close to so many good restaurants. Definitely recommend for a stay in this astonishing natural park!
We stayed here for one night and booked our trip to Khao Sok National Park through Chillax. The staff were super accommodating we left our luggage here throughout the trip and could even use the facilities on our return! The room was clean and nicely decorated, with a shared bathroom - great value for money.
The hotel also booked our onward travel for us, it was a smooth process and really recommend!
We had an amazing stay at palmview resort. The cottages are so nice and authentic, and the whole palmview area is gorgeous. There is a restaurant at palmview as well with very good food. But most of all the couple who owns this are so nice, they did a lot for us - stored our luggage, drove us to other places etc. They also offer tours of Khao Sok National Park. Would highly recommend staying here.
We loved the location, a quiet spot close to the entrance of the Khao Sok National Park. Klaus informed us very well about the possible tours and leave the choice with us. When we had decided he arranged everything which we appreciated. The compact appartments are complete, very clean, comfortable and nice decorated. We loved our stay at Khao Sok Jamine Garden and would definitely recommend it.
Kate and her family gave us the most amazing time in Khao Sok. She arranged all the amazing tours and taxi ride back to Phuket.
The breakfast was a delight and the staff were exceptional.
The National Park full day lake tour and the elephant sanctuary visit are a must do! A wonderful memory forever.
Thank you Kate and Team for a fantastic stay
We had a perfect one night stay on our way to Khao Sok National Park. The grounds are beautiful, and it was so lovely to wake up in the morning with our view overlooking the river and jungle sounds. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. Glad we stayed here instead of Surat Thani.
Amazing very helpful staff! You have a wide range of excursions and activities, e.g. 2-days trip to Khao Sok (with overnight stay on the lake), night saffari, transport to a thai massage or another holiday spor - everything really great. Nice, calm neighbourhood.
Staff is helpfull and friendly. They can organize tours and transport to many different places. Location is great right in the heart of Khao Sok, near the National Park. Still there is peace and quite ay the resort
Wonderful find!
Small, beautiful resort in Khao Sok, near everything, but bungalows felt private and removed from the business.
Staff was amazing. Went out of their way to make it the best experience ever.
Atmosphere was amazing! Monkeys on your balcony, nestled right amongst the trees. Food was delicious and staff was so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend staying here on your trip to Khao Sok
Beautiful and cozy rooms with great views of nature.
In addition the hotel staff are so friendly, kind and helpful. A true pleasure to stay at the resort for any one who likes nature.
lovey property! room was comfy and the staff was great. they were helpful for planning activities while in khao sok, and also helped us get a minibus to our next location!
It is situated inside a lush jungle. loved the quietness and also the surrounding wild nature. Food was of great taste. Don’t miss the day trip to Khao Sok lake.
Great breakfast, location, and staff. They helped us book our ride back to Phuket the next day and keep our luggage with them while we went to Khao sok.
