The breakfast buffet was wonderful. We all were able to choose our favorites. The staff was always ready to accommodate our requirements for a high chair, and special requests for bananas for the baby.

Lovely place! Just minutes from the market, and a quiet neighborhood. The house was impeccably decorated, well stocked and instructions were easy to follow. The place had almost everything we needed! Not having to deal with stairs was a big plus!! I've seen a couple of the other reviews that had complaints, but you've gotta remember this is someone's house, not a resort. It is an older house, and the outside could use some love, but the interior was excellently renovated. I wish I had their designer, when we redid our house!
Complaints about bugs??? This is a tropical island...unless you got someone there, every day, taking care of them...they're going to pop up! No matter how clean the house is!!! We only had two instances, and no big deal.
We didn't even bother using the private community pool, or center. Why, when there are so many beaches and the whole island to enjoy?
During our stay the weather was more temperate, and cooling wasn't an issue. Cross breezes, and fans, cooled the house effectively and the AC units in the bedrooms kept them cool more than enough!
The home had the charm of old Hawai'i mixed in with modern finishes. Hosts were very responsive to my questions.

We loved the location and how close we were to the beach!
We loved the location and how close we were to the beach! Lots of walking paths. Very quiet around the area, but the people above us were stomping across the floor at all hours of the night and early morning. The pool needs some bug control as we had flies on us non-stop and bites on us from the bugs. The host was very accommodating and gave us extra toiletries and even provided box fans which was really nice! The king bed was very comfortable. We would stay here again.

I highly recommend staying here.
I highly recommend staying here. The condo we stayed in was very clean, quiet and had a beautiful view off the lanai where we enjoyed our coffee each morning. The beds were so comfortable. It had everything we needed in the kitchen if we chose to make a meal.
The pool and pool area was clean, quiet with beautiful view of the ocean.
There are shops and restaurants nearby making it so convenient.
David our Concierge was helpful in getting reservations for a dinner cruise which I also recommend.
Overall stay was great. I will definitely stay again.

Can’t fault appartement.
Can’t fault appartement. Nicely decorated with everything you might need. Great firm big beds. Access to plenty of (beach) towels and linens. Shops close by. Waiokoloa village is a bit set back from beach (it’s not Waiokoloa beach resort) which we actually quite enjoyed. Ample of parking. Recommend visiting Volcano park, Beach 69, Queens shops at Waikoloa beach resort with great Food market. Night time Manta Ray snorkel not to be missed.

Area offers many things to do or not!
Area offers many things to do or not! You could just spend your day by the pool or beach and enjoy the most beautiful surrounds.
Plenty of places to eat( Lava Lava Club, The Marriott hotel, Whaler Village) or to buy groceries to self cater.
You can walk to everything, but if you feel the need to drive there are plenty of parking spots available in shopping centres or dining venues.
Our second visit back to this area and did not disappoint.

It is very windy and 3 days of our stay the resort area was uninhabitable. We either needed to stay inside-not why we came to Hawaii or go to Kona. There are no real beaches in the area we spent alot of time driving back and forth to Kona.

3 Bedroom condo was very nice.
3 Bedroom condo was very nice. Comfortable beds and kitchen fully stocked. location great. Nice lunch (and breakfast) spot nearby at Johny's restaurant at Golf Pro Shop. Wish we could have golfed. Excellent pool and workout area per my friends. Tennis courts strange matt surface. Hard to see #s on other condos at night to find location of our friends who were also staying there. But overall, a great facility and will be back!

We were upgraded to Oceanfront room for an additional 100 dollars and it was an excellent choice. The view was absolutely stunning and the best view I've ever had from the hotel room! I saw a variety of fish (sadly not turtles) when snorkeling and the dinner at Browns was delicous and eating while watching the sunset was so memorable and romantic (though pricey). I would like to recommend this place for those considering honeymoon.
As pictures show right on the beach, free Wiki Wiki (short par 3 nine holes), restaurants were great.
Would need a car to get around and that cost an extra US$40 plus tips.
