Rural house from 4 to 6 people (3 bedrooms), for weekend stays, holidays and short-term rentals in the Llémena Valley, in a privileged natural environment and very close to Girona and the Costa Brava. It is ideal for a family reunion or celebration, to disconnect and relax with the leisurely pace of the landscape and to go out around the Rocacorba mountain on foot or by bike. The Masoveria de Cal Sastre is the ground floor of the farmhouse and the garden with pool, which is leased each time to a single group as independent accommodation. Upstairs live the owners with whom no common space is shared and they have different entrances. The Masoveria de Cal Sastre is located in an 18th century farmhouse located near the Area of ​​Natural Interest of the Rocacorba mountains, and next to the small town of Cartellá, within the municipality of San Gregori. The independent accommodation for rent has 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets with shower, a large kitchen-dining room equipped with appliances and household utensils, dishwasher, central heating, TV and high speed Wifi. We want you to feel at home! La Masoveria de Cal Sastre has everything you need to rest, disconnect with nature and feel at home. It lacks nothing: appliances, cutlery, dishes, clean sheets and towels, mosquito nets, games for children and a fenced garden so that the little ones can play safely while you prepare a barbecue or rest by the pool. The independent accommodation is rented each time to a single group or family and is delivered completely clean and equipped. The owners, Albert & Anna, live on the top floor, but there are no common spaces with the clients and there are separately entrances. You can visit Cartellà Castle and the Sant Medir Gorges just a 10-minute walk away from the masia, and in a 2-minute walk away you can go to the Restaurant Can Xifra. We will be glad to explain the excursions you can do in the protected natural area where we are, as well as what to visit in Girona and on the Costa Brava.
Nature: La Masoveria de Cal Sastre is 15 min. walking from the natural pools of Sant Medir, and 5 km from the Gorgues de Canet, very beautiful. At 11 km you can walk the 991 m Rocacorba mountain, where professional cyclists train and from where you can see spectacular views of the Girona plain, Estany de Banyoles (18 km) and the Mediterranean Sea. At 10 km you can visit the Puig de la Banya del Boc Volcano (in fact the house is built with volcanic rock). Girona and Costa Brava: Only 10 km away is the monumental city of Girona and about 40 km from the beaches of the Costa Brava. Restaurants: The "Can Xifra" restaurant is only 2 min. away by walking from the Masoveria de Cal Sastre, and is known for its updated traditional cuisine and its quality. "El Celler de Can Roca", 10 minutes by car, is a restaurant with 3 Michelin stars and world fame.
