pool was small, yet big enough considering the number of people staying and using it.
Dinner was good but a bit overpriced.
Breakfast was a set menu not open buffet. but the choices were from different cuisines.

The private villa is quite big, big bathroom and big pool, I was amazed by its charging rate. The villa was clean and the plants were well trimmed. Friendly staffs. The butterfly park is actually located next to the villas. It's hard to complain anything, and I was wondered by many times here.

The peaceful that comes from the location, also makes certain things hard. Like having to always take a cab, anytime you wanted to leave the hotel or needed to have an app to order food to the Villa. Cause nothing is in walking distance.
But if I had to choose between the easy of all of that and staying in a busy Kuta/Seminyak area or the need for taxis for this quiet stay. I will always pick this area. I enjoyed the calm and quieter area.

It's a good place to travel around and see the Balinese culture and the art and their craft. Whether it is a little hot it's around 32C. Even tho its a rainy season it was pretty sunny during the day.

It is not as busy as other areas (like Kuta or Denpasar).
It is not as busy as other areas (like Kuta or Denpasar). The access to Ubud or the coast is quite easy. A lot of attractions nearby (especially if you are an animal or nature lover).
Some areas might be dirty because of burning the garbage at the streets.
The journey from the airport to Balitri was smooth with little traffic here and there. Balitri is easy to find on google map, it has a big entryway for cars and an amazing facade at the front. I really like the stylish rooms and hangout space at the garden so our group can spend quality time together. The ricefield view is outstanding. The staff are friendly and always ready to help. The place is a bit secluded, but the villa has a security staff on standby during the night. Definitely would recommend Balitri to everyone.
It’s been a while since we’ve had a true 10/10 experience, and Mandala Desa provided it. Central location so you can explore the island in every direction, with great facilities in case you just want to relax at the resort.
The owners will provide anything you need, from services, tips, rentals etc.
Whether you’re visiting Bali to rest or to explore, Mandala Desa is the place to go.
p. s. they have horses on site and you can feed and pet them
Very nice villa, spacious, with big and really comfortable private pool. We loved it!
Quiet place with rice fields around. Only 20 min drive from black sand beach, has some nice waterfalls around, and the butterfly park next door, free for those living in the hotel.
Very cute gekko coming out in the evening, and beautiful flowering tree in the garden.
Good price compared to the other hotels with private pool!
The best family vacation ever in bali. BALITRI truly accomodated us very well !.
The facilities are marvelous, beyond our expectations. Each room is designed with its unique taste and we got bonus to learn particular things about Baliness culture. We love the sauna area !!! And the staff was amazing. Thank BALITRI..., we will definitely come again in our next vacation.
I travel there with my mum and it was a fantastic stay! this family was just so welcoming and amazing, you can really experience the local bali staying in sukawati and visiting this area. The family will help you with everything you need. There is a beautiful atmosphere in this house where you will he surrounded by nature and art. 🦋🌻
We stayed in the two bedroom villa, which was such a lovely oasis for us. Staff served us meals to our rooms and were responsive to all requests, even if at times a bit lost in translation (our fault, we don’t speak Indonesian or Balinese). THE POOL in the villa was such a huge perk. As was air conditioning :).
Wayan is the best host I have met so far. We were two students travelling around Bali and he made sure we get the best experience out of it by arranging tours, drivers and even gave us practical suggestions after we left. The hotel itself is located in pretty quiet area and still has everything you need close by.
Staff were fantastic. Breakfast noodles were delicious.
The Balinese restaurant next door was fantastic with a set menu at a great price. Lovely place to stay
A comfortable place to stay in Sukawati that includes an outside kitchen. The owner was responsive to issues that came up, such as a squeaky bathroom door.
Wonderful, comfortable and clean facility! We really enjoyed our stay! It was very convenient to visit Bali Zoo. Highly recommend, we’d love to go back!
Breakfast was great, good selection for a smaller hotel. We had the floating dinner served on the a tray in the pool - great for a novelty for the kids.
