Spacious bright and spacious villa with air conditioning, fireplace, 4 bedrooms and private garden, well located. Can accommodate up to 10 guests. There is a barbecue on the terrace as well as a large dining area to enjoy in our pleasant outdoor climate. You can relax and sunbathe on the sun loungers. Guests can use the 2 swimming pools shared by 5 other properties.

Neighborhood info

The villa is located in the municipality of Albufeira, one of the most tourist areas of the country. It is about a 15 minute walk to the strip - a street of bars, nightclubs, restaurants and shops very frequented, mostly by young people. The nearest supermarket is around 2 km away. Being close to the bustle, the house is however in a quiet and sheltered place. Oura Beach is 1.5 km away and it is a 15-minute walk away. The old center is about 5 km from the villa. Faro airport is 30 km from the property.
