Property info

On entering from the front covered porch, there is an arched entrance into the hallway leading to the spacious living/dining room with feature fireplace, separate dining area and doorway to the rear covered dining terrace. From the well fitted kitchen there is a side door that lead us to a delightful patio. On the ground floor the house boast two double bedrooms, each with fine views and adjacent family bathroom. Stairs lead up to the landing area and onto the double bedroom with twin beds private sun terrace with amazing views towards Cas Concos. A double bedroom with antique furniture, a single bedroom and a full family bathroom. From the rear covered dining terrace a few steps lead down to the Mediterranean garden and to the gated swimming pool, completely fenced all around. Furnished sun terrace with sun beds that invites us to sunbathe and relax surrounded by wonderful views. There is also a brick built BBQ and an outside toilet. Air conditioning in the bedrooms with a fixed and limited timetable.
