Apartments are in the center of Ostia near the most beautiful sea beach location. There are tiny room. But everything you need for sleep and have short rest. Very good breakfasts.

The location is great, with an easy walk to the waterfront and a restaurant district. The train station is a slightly longer walk. The staff is very nice, and helpful. It's very clean. The breakfast is varied and plentiful. The bathrooms are modern and conveniently laid out. Very close to Ostia Antica, a short bus or train ride or easy Uber or taxi. It's also an easy train ride into Rome for a day trip.

Loved the hotel and the ambiance that makes this property very unique. The staff in all positions were outstanding, most professional, and very helpful!!! The owner a delightful woman of grace often sits at a table the lobby was so sweet. The history of the hotel is interesting. Its location is central many resturants, and interesting stores, and a short walk to the train station that went directly into central Rome and connections beyond. My room, always clean, simple, very comfortable (good bed) had a view and balcony that was to die for. The bathroom was spacious with a wonderful large shower. A small fridge, kettle, and TV was welcomed. My room on the 2nd floor was very quiet. I rarely heard other guests. Watching the street activity, and the sea day and night was mesmerizing. The balcony was a great place to read, sun and drink in the beauty of Lido di Ostia. There are many other comfortable public areas, the music that is quietly played in those areas was delightful and relaxing, adding to the ambiance. Friendly and complete bar! Lovely outdoor seating in several locations. The breakfast buffet is second to none offering an amazing selection and variety of foods. It is served in a delightful and sunny large room accommodating all guests without feeling crowded. Its staff was welcoming and attentive to your every need. The cost of accomodations (was there for 6 nights) was more that reasonable in light of amenities and location. Easy transport via train or taxi from FCO. I plan to definately return the next time I am in Rome, bringing my husband to experience this treasure.

I loved everything about the Beach Apartment! Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The host was phenomenal! She had great recommendations for dining. I also accidentally booked the wrong date for leaving and she found us a new place within minutes.
