Nearby a 20 km bike path that connects the villages of Versilia. For art lovers: 32 km of Lucca with its medieval walls, 34 km of Pisa with its famous Leaning Tower, 104 km of Florence, the cradle of the Renaissance. For children: 50 km the park of Pinocchio in Collodi. In summer ferries leave from Viareggio to the famous Cinque Terre area, UNESCO World Heritage Site. The house is located in a pedestrian area. Parking about 100 meters from the house. Guests of 5 apartments have access to the pool, including ITV380, ITV381, ITV774 and ITV775.
