I love that is in a very good area, close to supermarkets and entertainment centers, also cafeterias and restaurants. We took public transportation to go to Maho beach and came back the same way. The aesthetic was very pleasing, the room had modern touch with many amenities such as kichennet, with full fridge, microwave, sink, dishwasher and full stove. Was very convenient and comfortable. 10/10

I was not fond of the breakfast buffet. I only had breakfast 3 days of our trip. My partner ate every day and said it was ok. I would have preferred to order from a menu.

The location is great! The Cafe is an added convenience. The room was very clean. The stairs into the calm ocean are lovely. The view from the balcony is amazing. The jewelry store in the lobby is a nice touch. The pool bar staff, drinks and food are all wonderful! The on-site restaurants are a bonus. Each was delicious, and the staff was impeccable! A very nice variety to choose from.

Everything is in walking distance - a great market for groceries, lots of restaurants, and several boat charter companies. We didn't rent a car, and I'm so glad we didn't, taxis are great for venturing out.
Walk to the Point by Simpson Bay Resort ( practically next door) and enjoy the sunset and a cocktail - its so beautiful.
The bonfire at Buccaneer Bar ( also next door) on weekends is so much fun- and they have good food and drinks at reasonable prices.

Is a lovely bay with a long white sandy beach, the water is turquoise, but due to the sand being very thin the water is quite milky, resulting in poor visibility under water, still super enjoyable if you want to relax and read by the sea.

We had booked an ocean-view room and were given one... but it was on the lowest level and we mostly saw lawn and trees rather than ocean. Thankfully they moved us to a higher floor and that made a huge difference in our stay. The hotel location is great with free parking. It has everything you need at a resort - good restaurants, a spa, activities onsite and more. We had a rental car that was perfect to sightsee for three days around the island. There is no lack of restaurants, bars, supermarkets and spas anywhere on this island! Note that on Sundays a lot of stores are closed if you stay over a weekend.

Best area to stay when visiting SXM, honesty the night life, food , people its just the perfect location to be in! Day or night Simpson Bay is really just amazing. Close to Beach areas as well , safe to walk to and from any hotel.
Very nice Hotel with very friendly hotel staff, always ready to help. Rooms are clean and cozy. Loved it! The breakfast is great as well: You get a voucher and can go downstairs to the bakery for a hot drink, a cold drink, pastry of your choice and a sandwich custom made to your choice. I always took half of my breakfast to the beach as a snack. I had a very nice time here, would book it again!
To get around it's best to take the bus from the main road. That works without problems and it is just a 10 min walk to the bus stop.
Nice view of ocean from our deck, and lovely pool near us on the property, nicely landscaped, good parking. Reasonable cost. Friendly, helpful neighbor next door. Big refrigerator & several condiments, teas, coffee, & filters were provided. Place was more like an airbnb than the hotel we expected, but we like airbnbs too. Excellent directions to find it & host was instantly available by phone. Good Wi-Fi. Comfortable bed & pillows.
The room with the balcony view was exactly what I had pictured and we were not disappointed. The beds and linens were quality and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet (which was included) was excellent. Pleasantly surprised and very happy that the parking was free as we had a rental car. Loved that there was no resort fee which is something I feel is rampant amongst hotels these days, so bravo Simpson Bay Beach Resort!
The island vibe was great. The property is right on a sand beach with lovely views of the Simpson Bay area. The open-air restaurant and bar were great, and the food was excellent. Staff were helpful and the property was lush with greenery and a welcoming atmosphere. They have resident dogs, cats, fish, and “watch” turtles. Our unit was quaint.
The pool is beautiful and the hotel is located next to the airport and a nice strip of bars and restaurants. The front desk staff was very nice and there was a fun welcome drink. Free shuttle back to the airport. The room was clean and the bed was nice. The food at the restaurant was good. There is a small petting zoo which was fun.
The property is mostly clean (expect some bugs, fully normal for the Caribbean), the staff in the Hotel is nice. The location is amazing, the beach is clean and even though the Hotel is right next to the runway of the Airport, it doesnt bother at all. It was my second stay and not the last.
We had an excellent stay in this tastefully decorated apartment close to all Simpson Bay attractions.
The private garden and outdoor kitchen allowed us to concoct a delicious dinner with a view of the Simpson Bay lagoon.
We will definitely come back to this apartment!
The hotel is very well located, lots of restaurant and bars are nearby. There is a mini market closed to it as well. The hotel is right by the beach, which is stunning. I stayed at the villas and all have a balcony with an amazing view of the sea.
Everything from the room, location, and staff was amazing. Everyone is so friendly and willing to help you. The hotel wasn’t too crowded either so we were always able to snag a beach chair or relax by the pool bar. Will definitely be coming back!
All apartments overlook the sea. Easy walking distance to shops an restaurants. Nice restaurant and bar on site. Apartment was comfortable and very clean with adequate facilities. Comfortable beds. Would return again if visiting St Maarten.
We had a wonderful stay at this delightful family run location. In a great spot in Simpson bay and a very well maintained place. The staff were so helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.
The hotel was fine, nice little pool at the top and clean rooms, but I think at that price I would expect that breakfast was included and that there would be an airport shuttle included.
Personel are true representation of Sint Maarten "the friendly island". From Frontdesk to Housekeeping and Security, all polite, friendly, welcoming, very helpfull and professional.
Loved the location and design of this small hotel. Michel and Hugo were waiting for our arrival and answered all our needs! Sunset and early morning on the deck was heaven.
great location, great owners, you are right there on your own slice of beach, Simpson Bay and surrounding places, and the people you will meet will change your life!
Simpson Bay is a great area, and the hotel is conveniently located. The staff was super friendly and we liked spending time at the Marina pool bar with Laura.
