Your home in Parma Apartment Parmense is located in Parma new downtown, in a residential and quiet neighbouhood close to Arco San Lazzaro, Lubiana Park and Barilla Center. Charming and unique city Apartment ideal for families, host up to 6 persons (+1 child). Recently restored apartment is on the 2h floor in a palace with elevetor , in the town centre (lateral of via Emilia Est). New modern facilities give to the ambience full comfort, with television, wi-fi, play station and games, air conditioning and heating. King and double bedrooms are typically painted in Parma antique colours with violet, purple and bright yellow create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The Kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, oven, stove, cutlery's, washing maschine and iron. Bedroom and bathroom linen are supplied for free. The apartment is about 100 mq: hall, spacious living room with sleepsofa, two bedooms, fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms with shower. Well connected with the railway station and Fiera di Parma served by buses (line 3-4 downtown 12 an 9 for the station). Shops downstairs: Bar, Tabacchi, Minimarket, Laundry, Coiffeur.
