I had a problem at first with the room in Albergo Arena but they changed for me to another room at the Hotel Arcadia which is also under their management. The room is spacious, nice and cozy. The staff is extremely nice. Nice location.

Amazing stay and would highly recommend Albergo Arena! The courtyard where breakfast was served was beautiful. The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to many places in Macerata but on a quiet street. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive and took the time to answer all my questions and gave great recommendations. I would definitely stay here again next time I am in Le Marche.

it was a lovely old fashioned hotel with staff on reception at all times. it was in a good location and we were able to walk there from the train station albeit a steep climb. The breakfast was also very good - with plenty of food hot and cold.

The location for the Sferisterio was superb. The breakfast was good. The room was small but nice and cool. The provided toiletries were also very nice to have. The table and wardrobe in the room were super as was the little fridge for drinks and snacks. The room was very clean. I also thought it was a lovely building which was beautifully decorated with various paintings and little sculptures. The garden area outside the hotel behind the Sferisterio was lovely. I had breakfast there on a beautiful morning.

Excellent location for Sferisterio and town centre. Very clean and comfortable rooms on both occasions that I stayed there this summer. All the staff were very pleasant and very helpful. I particularly enjoyed having breakfast in the garden area.

Upon arriving I was given an “upgrade” to an apartment that I did not like at all due to the smell. I was ready to leave the hotel and find another place but I was promptly relocated to a better room, even though we did not communicate the problem with the apartment immediately. The room was nice and clean, airco worked very well and the hotel is very centrally located.

Io ho pernottato nell'hotel Arcadia che ha la stessa gestione dell'albergo Arena. Mi è piaciuta la gentilezza del personale, disponibilità nell'accogliere ogni mia richiesta, mi hanno fatta sentire coccolata, la posizione dell'hotel in pieno centro, molto vicino sia al teatro Lauro Rossi che allo Sferisterio, la mia camera era calda e confortevole, letto molto comodo, poi il tassista Italo, che mi ha raccomandato l'hotel, è una persona squisita e molto disponibile. Mi sono trovata davvero molto bene, se tornerò a Macerata sicuramente tornerò in questo hotel.
