This is a gorgeous property. I've stayed here before with family and we loved it just as much both times. It's comfortable and rustic, the location is excellent for nature and access to the Kruger, and it's very well set up. My group took turns sleeping in the outdoor bed. You get wildlife around, including a wildebeest chilling in our carport! Love, love, loved it. Highly recommend.

Nestled in a secluded corner of a 3000h reserve adjoining the southern border of the Kruger National Park, Lion Tree Bush Lodge in Marloth Park offers thatched self-catering accommodations. The holiday home has an open plan lounge and dining area and the well-equipped kitchen is fitted with a gas stove, 2 fridges, a microwave and kitchenware. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other one with 2 single beds. The spacious loft has 4 single beds and there is an additional double bed on the look-out for those wishing to sleep under the stars. All linen, towels and mosquito nets are supplied. Guests can enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding bush and roaming wildlife. Lion Tree is located 12 mi from the Crocodile Bridge Gate. Mozambique is only 19 mi away and Swaziland is 52 mi from the lodge. Nelspruit Airport is 70 mi away.
