Our check-in hours are from 2pm to 6pm but due to odd arrival times of flights we are happy to offer check-in times outside of these hours with prior arrangement. Due to the International Dateline between the Cook Islands and Australia - New Zealand, most flights arrive the day before they depart. Please ensure your accommodation dates meet your arrival and departure in Cook Islands Time. We are a very popular Traveller choice and are often booked out in advance and are unable to deviate from our cancellation policy which is strictly enforced. We strongly recommend guests take out a Travel Insurance to guard against unforeseen events including but not limited to, cancellation and/or reduction of travel due to natural disasters such as cyclones or similar occurrences.
