This family owned business takes time to take take care of their guests and their property. The place is immaclate and the breakfast is lovely. They were so friendly and extremely helpful in assisting me with a ticket I had gotten earlier in the week at another location. They suggested good restaurants. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony and having a glass of wine at the end of the day. I would've been happy to stay here longer! ❤️

We were on a vacation for 14 day in Italy and our last stop was Livorno before going back to Rome. Before booking the hotel we had some concerns because unfortunately, hotels in Italy are not very customer-friendly and clean. When we got to the hotel from the staff to the breakfast they offered was amazing. Although it is a two-star hotel, they offer you way beyond service and quality. Highly recommended.

The room size is excellent. The pool is superb and my favourite place in the big hotel area. The breakfast was fine and could can make hot toasts by itself. Lots of place to walk inside of hotel area and enjoy. Every evening playing music next the pool.

I liked everything, especially the pool. It was clean and the deck area well maintained. The room was clean and comfortable, the air conditioning felt amazing. Once I closed the shutters it was nice and quiet so I got a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was much more than I’d expected. I was impressed with the selection and variety.
