Property info

The villa Romero in Calpe has 4 bedrooms and capacity for 8 people. A perfect villa for a family in a quiet residential area, close to the sea and all services. Layout of the villa: The accommodation has 180 m2 of living space distributed over two floors connected by internal stairs. On the main floor we find a bedroom with a double bed (two single beds joined together) with ceiling fan, and a second bedroom with two single beds, a complete bathroom with shower to service the main floor, a complete kitchen open to the living room and a dining room with wooden stairs that go up to a loft with a sitting area. The entire upper floor has air conditioning and centralised heat pump. Going down some internal stairs we find the first floor where we find a third bedroom with double bed, a complete bathroom with shower for the ground floor, a fourth bedroom with two double beds and a large open space with a small living area. Outside the villa: On the plot there is a parking space for one vehicle, a nice terrace with table for outdoor dining, a hammock area for sunbathing, and a private swimming pool of 6,5/3. approx.
