This hotel is in a fabulous location, very easy to reach from the subway. There's plenty to do within walking distance, and it's surrounded with restaurants.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They allowed us to leave our suitcases at the hotel while we travelled outside of Seoul for a couple of nights. The rooms were spotless. We'd all definitely return to this hotel.

The room was nice, with comfortable bedding and great facilities. We loved the cinematic theme with the old film cameras, mirror effect and slide show on the 5th floor hallway. The staff was super friendly and helpful. It is in a nice location, short walking distance to bus stops and train station and easy walking to city hall, Deoksugung Palace and Gwanghwamun & Jongno-gu. Lots of food stalls and restaurants choices in the neighborhood.

This hotel is very nice. We liked the staff. All were pleasant. They brought up anything you asked for. They provided coffee, tea, hand and bath towels, shower cap, cotton swabs,, hairdryer, and there are toothbrushes for purchase. There is small "cafe" downstairs but no one running it. Nice restaurant on the second floor. Food is good. The rooms are secure. You can't get to them if you don't have a card. The card programs the elevator to go to your specific floor.
Each room has a couch with pillows, and chair/desk. Outlets accepted USA plugs. Safe and refrigerator and percolator were provided. Room was modern. Bathroom area has a modern touch. Nearby this hotel were several restaurants and a convenience store.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast spread was vegetarian friendly with a lot of options to choose from. The location of the hotel is very central and is a 2-3 min walk from the Cheong Gye Cheon stream. We enjoyed early morning walks along this 700 year old stream.

Close proximity to Seoul Tower was also a bonus as the walk through the beautifully designed 'zen' like gardens was a pleasure every day.
Lots of cultural places to visit and I also loved my visit to the DMZ.

There are a lot of places to visit, restaurants to try, and local coffee shops to explore. They offer different shopping options depending on your preference and budget. If you like to shop for high-end luxury goods, you can go to the Lotte Department Store or Hyundai Department Store. If you like fashionable clothes, Myeongdong offers different shopping stores. The Myeongdong underground (going to the train station) offers a variety of clothes, socks, accessories, and ginseng stores.

What an incredible city.
What an incredible city. It has everything you'd want - excellent shopping, dining, and leisure experiences; impressive historical sites to visit; stunning natural parks and mountains round every corner; a fast-paced night life to keep you up until the early hours; and an efficient public transport network to tie it all together.
The best location ever in Seoul, when you like to stay central. I expect from a 3 star hotel a three star hotel not the facilities of a 5 star. The staff is really friendly and when you need help the help immediately. They even changed the locker of our room, when we reported this as defective.
If you can get more room service would be for me the best hotel in Seoul as a very central and affordable stay.
I deeply thank the staff for their kindness and support. We will get back to you soon.
Step Inn is great if you're looking for a cheap place to stay in the center of Seoul. It's located in a bustling shopping district, is close to the subway station, and has all the basic amenities. It's more of a hostel than a hotel (though it does have private rooms!) so just be aware if you're looking for one or the other. My room was clean and serviceable, the hotel staff were friendly, and I was able to book an airport taxi through the front desk without a problem.
-the location was just perfect , right next to myeong-dong and airport bus shuttle stop.
- the lady host & 1 guy was super friendly and helpful.
- it has dryer and washer in the property.
- the bed is so firm and comfortable
- I couldn’t find any location in map or google map, I’ve heard Korea not support map or google map, anyway if you are confuse the location it’s right opposite of sky park hotel myeong-dong , right next to the metcha cafe myeongdong.
The overall facilities is clean. Was worried initially since i heard there is also now bed bugs infestation in Korea. But good thing the hotel assured me that they sanitize regularly and that there is no case in their hotel. All throughout my stay, me and my family had no issue at all. Slept soundly :)
Lastly, their customer service is the best. Mr Song from frontdesk (hope i remember his name correctly) helped me so much with my credit card issue.
Loved how close it was to the heart of Myeongdong, only a short walk to the markets and super close to Namsan Tower!
Felt super safe whilst staying my first week in South Korea here.
I arrived early and was able to leave my luggage in the reception room so that I could go out and explore.
The AC was amazing and super quiet so it didn't disrupt my sleep.
Probably the best sleep I have ever had, the bed was perfect.
Best location ever. Close to everything you need i.e. subway, Myeongdong night market, shops, historical places etc. They have shared kitchen which we love so much. Plus I would like to thank the host Mr Bruce for helping me to post out valuable item we left when we visited last March. Really appreciate your kind action. Im really recommend this hotel to everyone who want to visit Korea.
I love the place not too complicated to reach out from Myeongdong. After I finished shopping I can drop off my stuff and got out again. The bed was comfortable I got lucky to get base bed. So far so good. Also can left the luggage without pay extra. Might consider to stay here again. And have kitchen if you have time to cook. I would like to explore Korean food more than do it myself.
The staff at the front desk were very kind. They helped us order venti taxes due to not fitting in a small taxi. We were even able to leave our bags for 4 days while we visited another part of South Korea and did not want to have all our suitcases with us. This made us want to stay there again when we returned, so we cancelled our Airbnb and stayed another 4 nights at the Hamilton.
Great location. Close to subway Station and it's right at the end of myeongdong shopping street. super convenient for a person whom doesn't like to waste unnecessary steps like me.
my room came with full windows overlooking the city street which was nice.
the bed and pillow was one of the best we had amongst all our hotel stay in South korea.
Great location. Few minutes walk to Myeongdong eating and shopping streets. Very near to Myeongdong Cathedral.
We had cheap and good traditional Korean meals in the many eateries around the hotel. Airport bus in front of hotel was very handy! Taxi fares are very reasonable.....we didn't need the subways.
Excellent location in Myeongdong. A street opposite the hotel has many Korean bars and restaurants that are not noisy but useful for food and drinks. I stayed in a sky view double. Plenty of space and all amenities needed for a pleasant stay. Would not describe as luxury but better than basic business hotel.
Quite a spacious hotel room especially for South Korea, located near a great locals market and close to Kan Full cartoon street - off the main tourist areas so it's nice if you're wanting a break, but still very close to the metro if you want to explore and get into the more popular areas of the city
A great hotel to stay at. Very clean and with all facilities you need. Not in Gangnam but there are several different bus stops 1-3 minutes from the actual hotel. A relatively quiet area but there are some nice cafes nearby. The room was spacious and equipped with everything you need (even an iron).
Very friendly and helpful staff. Daily housekeeping. Close to everything. Highly recommended for people like me, who loves reading negative reviews before deciding where to stay. I didn't regret my decision. One of the best modern hotels in Seoul with a reasonable price, if you book early.
Best guesthouse i ever stay in Hongdae!!! i will be back to stay here again for sure! Staff was so kind and helpful. The location is perfect, just 5mins walk to the airport railway line. Nice breakfast as well. I had a very nice stay here.
The hotel has a great location as it is located in the heart of MyeongDong area. If you love this area is a good place to stay. The rooms are clean and the staff is polite. The lobby is very inviting and has a garden with a waterfall.
Exceptional clean and comfortable room. Finally find a stay in Korea with a good toilet. Modern decor with all needed facilities. Better than expected breakfast. Best location in hongdae since on the building with animate.
Room has a window and bed was clean! They have very comfortable beds, having travelled 3 weeks in Japan and 4th week in South Korea, this hotel has the most comfortable beds!
Second time staying at Pacific Hotel, returning from visiting other parts of South Korea. This is a wonderful hotel. Clean and comfortable. A perfect location.
